five stars - we love this shower head. Unfortunately when we got our first one - we kept forgetting to order a new filter and it certainly began to tell on the showerhead and in the feel of the water!!! It took quite some time to get rid of the limescale that had clogged up the spray holes. So we got a new one and a spare filter or two so we are fine for at least the next year. Wouldn't want to be without one now.
